What you will do
We are looking for a proven Off-Plan closer. You will own the client relationship from first conversation to closing and after-sales, while building a credible personal brand with the support of our professional Marketing and MCN teams.
- Work closely and consistently with Marketing and MCN teams. Be ready to contribute market insight, appear on camera and take part in planned content.
- Manage the full Off-Plan sales cycle: qualify leads, understand client needs, match projects, present, negotiate, close and maintain the relationship after the sale.
- Advise high-net-worth investors, everyday investors and end users with clear, responsible and commercially sound recommendations.
- Turn company-generated leads into a well-managed pipeline. Leads are supplied continuously; strong qualification, follow-up and conversion are essential.
- Keep every company lead accurately and promptly updated in CRM.
- Stay current on Dubai developers, projects, payment plans
