Job Title: Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare MEP quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates
– Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications
– Manage MEP procurement, supplier and subcontractor comparisons
– Prepare valuations, payment applications, and variation pricing
– Monitor project costs, budgets, commitments, and forecasts
– Support subcontract administration and commercial reporting
– Coordinate with Project Management, Procurement, Finance, and MEP teams
– Maintain proper cost control and commercial documentation
Requirements:
– 8+ years MEP QS experience in UAE construction projects
– Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems
– Experience in procurement, cost control, variations, and subcontract management
– Strong Excel and commercial reporting skills
– ERP experience preferred
Salary Range:
AED 15,000 – 25,000

Commercially strong, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing the full MEP commercial function from procurement through final account.
Pay: AED15,000.00 – AED25,000.00 per month
