Overview
Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor (QS) Jobs in Abu Dhabi at young management & consulting – Abu Dhabi
· Review contract documents, BOQs, scope of work, specifications, and commercial obligations relevant to the MEP scope.
· Prepare quantity take-offs, measurement sheets, cost breakdowns, and procurement quantity reports.
· Monitor project cost performance, budget utilization, cost-to-complete, and cash-flow forecasts.
· Prepare commercial dashboards including budget variance, forecast cost, margin indicators, claims, and payment status.
· Manage subcontractor measurement, valuation, certification and payment recommendations.
· Prepare interim payment applications, variation claims, EOT-related commercial support, and supporting substantiation.
· Maintain variation, claims, payment, and contractual notice registers.
· Evaluate change instructions, VO submissions, claims and commercial impacts of design or scope changes.
· Review subcontract agreements and commercial terms before award, in coordination with procurement and management.
· Identify commercial risks, recommend mitigation measures, and support management decision-making.
· Monitor labor productivity, material cost trends, and procurement cost savings.
· Participate in commercial negotiations with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients where needed.
· Support tender pricing, cost benchmarking, and future project estimation.
Qualifications
· Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
· Professional QS or cost management certification preferred.
Experience
· Minimum 8 years of UAE MEP contracting experience.
· Experience with large communities, infrastructure, villas or mixed-use projects preferred.

Pay: AED18,000.00 – AED20,000.00 per month
