– Coordinate MEP services across all disciplines — HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection — on high-rise projects
– Manage BIM/clash detection processes and drive resolution of coordination issues with all parties
– Review MEP subcontractor shop drawings, submittals, and method statements for compliance
– Chair and attend MEP coordination meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and the client
– Track MEP programme milestones, manage submission registers, and flag risks to the PM team
– Act as the central interface between MEP subcontractors and the main contractor delivery team
