Responsibilities:
- Provide senior-level construction oversight and coordination across multiple work fronts, ensuring that all projects comply with established policies, safety regulations, and quality standards while utilizing advanced project management tools.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and schedules, collaborating with stakeholders to align project objectives and ensure timely delivery of milestones and outcomes.
- Manage and monitor project budgets, conducting regular financial analyses to forecast costs and identify potential savings opportunities while maintaining transparency with stakeholders.
- Conduct routine site inspections and progress meetings, addressing any challenges that arise and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
