Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Learning and Development Specialist to help our employees learn, improve, and succeed in their roles. In this position, you will create and deliver training programs, support new employee onboarding, and work closely with managers to identify training needs. You will also track employee progress, measure training results, and suggest ways to improve performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching people, building training programs, and helping teams grow, especially in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and deliver training programs for new and existing employees.
- Conduct onboarding training for new hires.
- Work with department managers to identify training and development needs.
- Create training materials, presentations, guides, and learning activities.
- Deliver classroom, online, and one-on-one training sessions.
- Track employee attendance, training progress, and performance.
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
- Coach employees and provide support to help improve their skills.
- Keep training records updated and prepare training reports.
- Help build career development plans for employees.
- Ensure all training follows company policies and business goals.
- Stay updated on new learning methods and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage.
- Experience creating and delivering training programs.
- Good presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Able to organize multiple training sessions and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage.
