Job Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts including local and international manufacturing, supply, engineering, procurement, and construction, as well as other documents as instructed.
Identifying potential legal risks and offering strategic recommendations, as well as providing comprehensive legal advice across all company operations.
Handling and managing litigation entirely, including drafting litigation/arbitration memoranda and meeting court experts.
Monitoring changes in applicable laws and regulations.
Performing additional legal duties as instructed by the Legal and Contracts Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in law, preferably from an English section.
Excellent proficiency in legal English.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Qatar, preferably in a company in Qatar as well as in law firms.
