Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and Active Directory.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor and maintain servers, storage, backup systems, and network infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues within agreed response times.
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV, access control, biometric, and time attendance systems when required.
- Perform system updates, patches, antivirus management, and security compliance checks.
- Manage data backup, disaster recovery, and system restoration procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, warranty claims, and technical support.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and documentation.
- Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and security.
- Assist in planning and implementing new IT infrastructure and technology projects.
- Train and guide junior IT support staff and end users.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity best practices.
- Provide on-site and remote support to users across different office locations.
- Be available for emergency support outside business hours when required.

- Microsoft 365 Administration
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
- VMware or Hyper-V virtualization
- Firewall configuration (Fortinet, Sophos, MikroTik, Cisco, etc.)
- Backup and recovery solutions
- CCTV, Access Control, and ELV systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Strong documentation and customer service skills
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
