Position: Senior Investment Associate (Real Estate experience)
Job Objective:
As Senior Investment Associate, you will focus on leveraging your expertise to maximize investment returns and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Investment Strategy
Lead research projects on various asset classes, industries, and emerging investment prospects.
Implement business strategy and acquisition activities.
Execute or direct the execution of specific action plans, monitor progress, and adjust plans accordingly.
Identify and target potential clients for financial consultancy.
Reporting & Portfolio Analysis
Quantitatively and qualitatively monitor the investments of existing portfolio managers.
Conduct performance analytics including return attribution, exposure analysis, value creation attribution, and measurement of risks.
Recognize, evaluate, and handle various investment risks.
Qualifications:
Educational & Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in statistics, finance, mathematics, accounting, or business administration.
Professional Experience:
8-10 years working in the investments industry.
Extensive experience in investment analysis & valuation / Intermediate portfolio management.
