The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will hold full responsibility for the strategic and operational leadership of the organization’s financial function. This executive position plays a critical role in shaping financial policy, safeguarding assets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving long-term financial sustainability. The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing high-level financial insight and guidance to support corporate objectives, risk management, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Manage cash flow, capital structure, and investment planning.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee internal controls, financial policies, and risk management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 20 years of financial leadership experience, including extensive experience in the construction or contracting industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or MBA preferred).
  • Strong background in project-based accounting and cost control.
  • Proven ability to lead at the executive level and drive financial strategy.
