Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our client within the Electronic Manufacturing and Tech sector. This pivotal role will drive cultural development and establish foundational HR pillars, including Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Compensation & Benefits. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building a strong corporate culture and a proven track record of leading HR initiatives in a corporate environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR management in the UAE.

Proven experience working with engineers and understanding their unique HR needs.

Background in corporate HR management. Experience in manufacturing environments is a significant plus.

Strong people management skills, with experience working with diverse teams from various backgrounds and nationalities.

Demonstrated experience leading HR projects and policy development.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership:

Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, particularly within the manufacturing sector.

Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.

Culture Building:

Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes engagement, collaboration, and high performance.

Lead initiatives to enhance employee morale and reinforce corporate values.

HR Pillar Development:

Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.

Build strong relationships with employees and management to address concerns, facilitate conflict resolution, and promote a healthy work environment.

Develop strategies for attracting and retaining top talent, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.

Implement effective performance management processes that drive accountability and employee development.

Evaluate and improve compensation structures and benefits to ensure competitiveness and market alignment.

People Management:

Coach and support managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development.

Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workforce.

Project Leadership:

Lead HR disruption projects such as changing bonus systems, implementing grading systems, and developing HR policies.

Oversee the execution of HR projects, ensuring they meet business needs and are successfully delivered.

Compliance and Best Practices:

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, especially in the UAE.

Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continually enhance HR services.
