Manage and support consulting projects
, including conducting need analysis, supporting solution design and development, delivery, evaluation, and overall project management.

Analyze client organization’s current HR requirements and create appropriate solutions.

Identify new ways to generate and analyze data and reports based on client needs.

Recommend HR transformation practices and develop learning journeys, either from internal programs or customized solutions.

Research previous methods used within organizations, evaluate their effectiveness, and suggest improvements.

Enhance client relationships regionally with support and guidance from the Senior Advisor/Regional Manager.

Contribute to prospect identification, proposal writing, opportunity recognition, pitch preparation, and client planning.

Broaden professional networks by leveraging resources, receiving guidance, and identifying additional project resources.

Formulate business plans.

Proactively develop relationships within and outside the firm to expand knowledge and potential client base.

Keep abreast of advancements in the field and present innovative ideas.

HR Conferences and Events

Contribute to organizing and participating in HR conferences and smaller events.

Education and/or Experience

Master’s degree (Post Graduate) with specialization in Human Resource Management.

8-10+ years of proven experience as an HR consultant in a reputed HR consulting firm (desirable).

Deep knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices.

Strong understanding of research methods and analysis.

Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and future directions.

Consulting skills including client relationship management, needs analysis, proposal writing, solution design and development, delivery, and evaluation.

Relevant HR certifications or courses are a plus.

Strong theoretical and practical HR knowledge.

Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
