Human Resources Director
– Facility Management Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are supporting a leading organisation in Saudi Arabia with the appointment of an experienced Human Resources Director to lead and develop its HR function.
Reporting to the Vice President
– Shared Services, the Human Resources Director will provide strategic and operational leadership across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring the HR strategy is aligned with the organisation’s wider business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall HR strategy and translate business objectives into effective people plans
- Oversee workforce and manpower planning, recruitment, staffing and talent acquisition
- Lead performance management, employee relations, compensation and organisational development activities
- Develop effective talent attraction and retention programmes
- Establish and monitor HR KPIs to measure performance and improve HR effectiveness
- Drive the implementation and enhancement of HR systems and technology
- Lead organisational change initiatives and support teams through periods of transformation
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with relevant government regulations and protect employee rights
- Partner with senior leadership to ensure HR priorities are aligned with organisational strategy
- Build effective relationships with relevant government entities, recruitment agencies and other external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology or a related discipline
- Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred
- 15-20 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years at Director or senior leadership level
- Strong generalist HR background covering talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and organisational development
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
- CIPD, SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP certification would be advantageous. JD Human Recourses Director
