Candidate Profile
Education and Experience
- 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate marketing.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Core Responsibilities
Engaging in Creative Design Processes
· Designs brochures, flyers, advertisements, and social media graphics to highlight real estate listings and company branding.
· Collaborates with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize campaign materials that resonate with target audiences.
Leading Design Projects
· Manages multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables within set timelines.
· Engages in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions for marketing efforts.
Anticipating and Delivering on Client and Market Needs
· Remains aware of market trends and client preferences, adjusting design strategies accordingly.
· Utilizes feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve design elements.
Developing and Maintaining Brand Visuals
· Ensures all graphics align with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
· Creates templates for various marketing materials, enabling efficient production of future campaigns.
Managing Projects and Policies
· Maintains organized files and archives of design work to ensure easy access and retrieval for future projects.
· Participates in project planning sessions, providing insights on visual strategy and execution.
Managing and Conducting Team Activities
· Collaborates with other designers and content creators to produce cohesive marketing materials.
· Provides guidance and support to junior designers, fostering their skills and creativity.
Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
