We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Florist cum Chocolate Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic sense, expertise in floral arrangements, and the ability to design and create premium chocolate gifts. This role requires attention to detail, innovation, and a passion for delivering luxury products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create high-end floral arrangements for various occasions (weddings, events, daily orders, corporate gifts).
- Conceptualize and produce customized chocolate arrangements, bouquets, and gift boxes.
- Combine flowers and chocolates into unique luxury gift concepts.
- Ensure all designs meet brand standards and client expectations.
- Handle fresh flowers with proper care and maintain quality standards.
- Prepare and decorate chocolates professionally (wrapping, presentation, styling).
- Manage inventory of flowers, chocolates, and packaging materials.
- Train and guide junior florists/designers.
- Coordinate with sales team for custom orders and client requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
