We are looking for a Senior Finishing Technician to joinour team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience infinishing works for residential and commercial projects includingpainting tiling and carpentry. The Senior Finishing Technician willbe responsible for overseeing and managing a team of finishingtechnicians to ensure the timely and highquality completion ofprojects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a team offinishing technicians providing guidance and support as needed.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion offinishing works. Inspect and assess project sites to determine thescope of work and necessary materials. Perform a variety offinishing works including painting tiling and carpentry. Ensure allfinishing works are completed to highquality standards and withinproject timelines. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during thefinishing process and provide solutions. Maintain a safe and cleanwork environment adhering to all
safety protocols
and regulations.
Train and mentor junior finishing technicians to develop theirskills and knowledge. Communicate with clients and project managersto provide updates on project progress.
Qualifications:
Minimum of5 years of experience in finishing works for residential andcommercial projects. Strong knowledge and experience in paintingtiling and carpentry. Previous experience in a supervisory orleadership role. Excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a
team environment
. Strongproblemsolving and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of safetyprotocols and regulations.
Flexibility
to work on differentprojects and adapt to changing priorities. High school diploma orequivalent. Additional technical certifications are a plus.
