Your Strategic Mandate
- Advanced Modeling: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate new business ventures and capital expenditures.
- Performance Insight: Lead the variance analysis process—comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts to provide actionable "why" behind the numbers.
- Decision Support: Partner with senior leadership to provide data-driven recommendations that influence long-term corporate strategy.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor Qatar’s economic trends and industry benchmarks to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Reporting Innovation: Design automated dashboards and BI tools to streamline financial reporting and enhance transparency.
- Risk Assessment: Identify financial risks and opportunities, ensuring the company’s fiscal health remains robust in a shifting market.
The Ideal Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting. MBA or CFA designation is highly preferred.
- Experience: 5–8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), with a proven track record in the Middle East market.
- Analytical Prowess: Expert-level skills in financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis.
- Technical Stack: Power user of Excel (macros, Power Pivot) and experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or advanced ERP systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional presentation skills—you must be able to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Local Savvy: Thorough understanding of Qatar’s fiscal environment and commercial landscape.
