Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all products.
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery and workstations in accordance with food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and report ingredient requirements.
- Complete customer orders within the required timelines.
- Assist in developing new cake designs and seasonal products.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of professional baking equipment (e.g., blenders, mixing machines, sheeters, etc.)
