We are looking Experienced Senior Financial Accountant for our Head Office.
Job Summary
The Senior Finance Officer is responsible for managing accounting and financial operations, preparing budgets and financial reports, reviewing payroll-related transactions, monitoring contract profitability, managing client billing and collections, and ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, budgets, forecasts, cash flow reports, and management financial reports.
- Record and review accounting entries, perform bank and general ledger reconciliations, and maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records.
- Review payroll, employee payments, deductions, leave-related financial adjustments, and End of Service Benefits.
- Prepare client invoices based on contracts, manpower supply, payroll services, or man-month calculations.
- Monitor collections, outstanding receivables, contract profitability, gross margin, employee cost, and client/project profitability.
- Prepare Profit & Loss reports, Balance Sheets, cash flow reports, and financial KPI reports for management decision-making.
- Prepare VAT returns, support audits, maintain proper financial documentation, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in recruitment, manpower supply, HR outsourcing, or service companies.
- Strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices, VAT requirements, and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Pay: AED1,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
