About the Role
Are you a Senior FF&E Designer with a flair for creating immersive, high-end environments? Our client, a prestigious International Design Studio in Dubai, is looking for a creative visionary to join their thriving team.
This role is centered on storytelling through materials, furniture, and lighting. You will be responsible for the FF&E lifecycle of world-class Hospitality and High-End Residential projects, moving from initial concept narratives to the fine details of on-site styling. If you have a passion for bespoke design and a deep understanding of the Middle Eastern luxury market, this is a career-defining opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
* Creative Concept & Narrative: Develop unique FF&E concepts that align with the architectural vision, creating mood boards, material palettes, and sensory narratives.
* Bespoke Design: Design custom furniture, lighting, and textiles, coordinating with artisans and manufacturers to ensure high-quality execution.
* Specification & Documentation: Lead the production of comprehensive FF&E specifications, schedules, and budget sheets (using Spexx, Estimac, or similar).
* Supplier Management: Leverage and expand an international network of suppliers and vendors to source unique and high-spec items.
* Client & Operator Liaison: Present FF&E schemes to high-profile clients and hotel operators, articulating design choices with confidence and expertise.
* On-Site Styling: Oversee the final installation and styling on-site to ensure the project vision is perfectly realized.
