Senior Expat QS / Contracts Admin – Build & Civil
International Contractor are looking to appoint Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Contracts Administrators to manage large scale building & infrastructure projects in Doha.
Typical project values range from EUR
50M+.
Salary: EUR
80-100K tax free with full expat package.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma / Degree qualified.
MCInstCES / RICS advantageous.
10 years build or civil QS experience preferably with an established contractor.
Irish / UK experience preferred as would be some GCC experience.
Planning experience with Primavera or MS Project advantageous.
Developing, implementing, and monitoring cost control mechanisms for the contracts including financial statements.
Document control procedures reviewing and verifying all contract documentation.
Preparing responses to contractual correspondences received from client and third parties.
