Requirements in 4 Bullets:
- Experience: 15+ years in Contract Management, specifically with Engineering Consultancy firms in Dubai (No Contractor background).
- FIDIC & Laws: Absolute mastery of FIDIC contracts and deep knowledge of Dubai construction laws & market rates.
- Core Tasks: Review and determine Contractor Claims, Variation Orders (VOs), and Extension of Time (EOT).
- Availability: Currently based in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
