Senior Estimator – Mechanical (Data Centre Projects) Jobs in Dubai at Brightway photocopier equipment
We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator – Mechanical with a strong background in Data Centre projects to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for mechanical systems.
- Review tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and project specifications.
- Perform quantity take-offs and validate BOQs.
- Estimate costs for HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems.
- Analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, and Project teams during tendering.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid comparisons.
- Support tender submissions and ensure estimates meet project scope, client requirements, and timelines.
- Maintain historical cost databases and productivity benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 8–12 years of estimating experience in MEP projects.
- Mandatory experience in Data Centre projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems.
- Excellent understanding of BOQs, quantity take-offs, tendering, and cost estimation.
- Experience with estimation software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Pay: AED13,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
