We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Document Controller / Administrative Coordinator with a strong background in steel fabrication and LLC companies. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing technical and administrative documentation within this specific field.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, organize, and maintain all company documents and records
- Handle document control processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare and manage material submittals and related documentation
- Ensure proper registration and submission of documents to government authorities
- Maintain proper tracking and updating of all documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers
- Support daily administrative operations and reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in document control or a similar role
- Mandatory experience in steel fabrication companies and/or LLC companies
- Prior work experience in the UAE is required
- Strong knowledge of ERP software systems
- Experience with material submittals and government registration processes
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
