Senior Design Structural Engineer Jobs in Doha at Ramaco Trading & Contracting
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- 10–12 years of relevant structural design experience
- Proficient in ETABS, SAFE, SAP 2000, PCA Column
- Knowledgeable in STAAD Pro, Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis, IDEA Statica
ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:
- Steel Structure Design
- Steel Connection Design
- Design and calculation of special structural items, including but not limited to: Glass handrails, Secondary and architectural structural elements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare detailed structural analysis and design models for concrete structures
- Develop comprehensive calculation notes, design reports, and technical documentation
- Review, verify, and revise structural models and calculations prepared by junior engineers
- Prepare calculation sheets for special structural items (e.g., glass handrails)
- Support multidisciplinary design coordination and ensure accuracy, constructability, and code compliance
- Assist in resolving design issues during coordination and, if required, construction stages
