Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a seasoned Delivery Director for our Sports division to spearhead the execution of world-class sports facilities. This pivotal role will require a visionary leader who can drive the delivery ofinnovativeand sustainable sports projects while ensuring alignment with ourstrategic vision.
Responsibilities
The role forms part of the team developing the tennis centre situated in the Public Golf District Centre. The role will report to the Delivery Executive Director for the tennis project and will work collaboratively with development as part of a vertically integrated team.
The role supports the Delivery team in the implementation of a delivery strategy that is consistent with the broader development objectives of the tennis development director. This delivery strategy will appropriately identify and manage project risks and opportunities to ensure design, procurement and delivery of the tennis centre asset in accordance with approved budget, quality and schedule parameters.
Requirements
Engineering, Architecture orProject Managementfirst degree.
Demonstratedleadershipcapabilities with experience in guidingcross-functional teamsand managing stakeholders.
Deep understanding of sports infrastructure, construction processes, andproject managementmethodologies.
Strong analytical andproblem-solving skillswith a keenattention to detail.
Outstandingcommunicationand interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise withdiversestakeholders.
Proficient in relevantproject managementsoftware and tools.
