We are urgently seeking to hire a Senior Purchasing Officer with a preference for candidates who are Arabic-speaking and have significant experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) purchasing.
Key Requirements:
Strong experience in purchasing, specifically within the F&B industry.
Arabic language proficiency (preferred).
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and inventory control.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience in handling food safety standards and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the purchasing process for all F&B supplies.
Ensure that all products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and seek out new ones.
Track inventory levels and manage stock levels efficiently.
