Architectural Engineer – Female

Master Bin Karam Construction LLC is seeking an experienced and creative Female Architectural Engineer to join our team in Sharjah.
IMPORTANT: Candidates must have proven hands-on experience in both INTERIOR and EXTERIOR DESIGN.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop creative and practical Interior & Exterior Design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
* Prepare architectural layouts, detailed drawings, elevations, sections, and shop drawings.
* Prepare and develop interior design, façade and exterior design proposals.
* Produce high-quality 3D designs, renderings, and presentations.
* Select and coordinate finishes, materials, colors, lighting, and architectural details.
* Coordinate architectural designs with structural and MEP requirements.
* Review project drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.
* Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
* Follow up on material submittals, RFIs, approvals, and architectural finishing works.
* Support site execution and resolve architectural and design-related issues.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
* Strong practical experience in BOTH Interior Design and Exterior Design is mandatory.
* Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and finishing works.
* Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD.
* Strong experience with 3D visualization and rendering software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar.
* Revit experience is highly preferred.
* UAE construction and design experience is preferred.
* Ability to develop a project from design concept through detailed drawings and site execution.
* Strong creativity, attention to detail, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Candidates need to be available in the UAE .
Portfolio Requirement
Applicants must submit a portfolio demonstrating previous Interior and Exterior Design projects. Applications without a relevant design portfolio may not be considered.
