Ruwa Construction and Development Co. is seeking a highly skilled and experiencedSenior Construction Managertojoin our teamin Jeddah. We are looking for adynamicleader with expertise indewatering works, infrastructure, finishing works, technical submissions,and extensive experience in managing relationships withclients and government authorities.The ideal candidate will have aproven track recordof delivering large-scale projects to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage civil, infrastructure, and finishing works projects from inception to completion.
Prepare, review, and approvetechnical submissionsto ensure alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.
Act as the primary liaison withclients and government authorities,ensuring clearcommunication, timely approvals, and fullregulatory compliance.
Leadmultidisciplinaryproject teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Supervise dewatering operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental protocols.
Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure seamless project execution.
Build and maintain strong,collaborativerelationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Experience:
Minimum15 yearsof experience in construction management, with a strong focus ontechnical submissions, dewatering works, infrastructure, and finishing projects.
Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate withclients and government authorities.
Educational
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Preferred:PMP (Project ManagementProfessional) certification or MBA.
Skills:
Exceptionalleadership, planning, andproblem-solvingabilities.
Strong knowledge of construction best practices andproject managementtools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complex negotiations and approvals.
Languages:
Fluency in Arabic (required);
English proficiency is an advantage.
Location and Availability:
Must be based inJeddahand available to relocate or join within1 week.
