A well-established commercial trading and business development organization is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth across the industrial and energy solutions market in the UAE.
The successful candidate will focus on developing strategic client relationships, representing international manufacturers, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the company's market presence through high-value commercial partnerships across the UAE and GCC.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead sales and business development activities across the oil & gas, industrial trading, energy, and engineering solutions sectors.
· Identify and develop new business opportunities with major oil & gas operators, EPC contractors, industrial organizations, and strategic customers.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement, commercial, engineering, project, and supply chain stakeholders.
· Represent international manufacturers and introduce oilfield products, industrial equipment, and technical solutions to the UAE and GCC markets.
· Track upcoming projects, tenders, procurement plans, and industry developments to build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
· Support international suppliers in expanding their market presence and developing new customer relationships across the region.
· Lead commercial discussions, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and drive opportunities through to successful closure.
· Manage strategic accounts and develop long-term partnerships that generate repeat and sustainable business.
· Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and major project developments to identify new commercial opportunities.
· Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development updates for senior management.
· Take ownership of ambitious revenue objectives and contribute directly to the company's growth across the UAE and GCC.
