Job Description Summary

The Senior Billing and Claims Representative is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the credit and collections processes within the organization. This role involves but not limited to: managing complex accounts, leading a team of credit and collection professionals, developing strategic collection initiatives, and ensuring adherence to credit policies and regulatory requirements. The Senior Advisor plays a crucial role in improving cash flow, reducing bad debt, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• process claims based on the services charged by the clinical team and process claim supporting documentation
• update regularly the billing systems with the latest claim information corrections and adjustments to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Generate invoices and update billing status including Dental and Medical billing
• Respond to inquiries from insurance companies and payers related to individual patientscases and Review incoming and outgoing documents related to invoices and payments

Minimum Education Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, and relevant field

Professional Certifications Required

(Certification in revenue cycle management or case management is preferred)

Years of Experience

Minimum 6 years’ experience in billing and claims management or related field

Languages

English:Advanced ; Arabic:Basic
