We are looking for a Senior Audit and Compliance Manager who can take full ownership of our audit and compliance framework. You are not just reviewing reports; you are shaping risk strategy and strengthening internal controls across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Audit Leadership:
Plan, lead, and execute internal and external audits across multiple business units, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Compliance Management:
Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs aligned with regulatory standards and company policies.
Risk Assessment:
Identify financial and operational risks and design effective mitigation strategies to safeguard business operations.
Internal Controls:
Establish and continuously improve internal control systems to enhance efficiency and accountability.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop audit and compliance professionals to ensure high-quality performance and delivery.
Stakeholder Management:
Present audit findings and compliance strategies to senior leadership, clearly explaining risks and recommendations.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
8+ years in audit, compliance, or risk management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
Certifications:
CPA, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent professional certification is strongly preferred.
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of audit frameworks, regulatory compliance, and internal control systems.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to manage teams and influence decision-making at the executive level.
Communication:
Excellent reporting and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
Mindset:
You are analytical and detail-oriented. You know when to enforce strict compliance and when to recommend practical, business-focused solutions.
