Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical & quartz watches
Perform battery replacements, servicing, and maintenance
End-to-End Watch Assembly
Apply watch protection (films/coating)
Ensure all watches meet quality standards before sale
Requirements
Proven experience working with watches (luxury experience is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and precision
Ability to handle high-value items with care
Knowledge of different watch movements is preferred
Reliable, professional, and organized
