Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect who will also take on the role of Project Manager at our site office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architectural design, project management, and team leadership. This position requires a proactive individual who can oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design and project management efforts on-site.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to define project goals and requirements.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and project staff.
- Prepare and present project proposals and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Knowledge of construction processes and materials.
- PMP certification is a plus.
