About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect tojoin our teams is aunique opportunityto work on a large master planned mixed-use development in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of high-quality presentation drawings and technical design packages through to tender.
Support and production assistance to senior team members, including planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating detailed phases of architectural projects.
Analysis and reporting on unconventional materials, techniques, and coordination requirements.
Coordination with specialty groups, engineering disciplines, clients, vendors, contractors, construction, and other divisional groups.
Assuming a lead role over architectural personnel for specific tasks or project sub-groups, as delegated.
Providing input for performance evaluations andon-the-job trainingof assigned personnel.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture (or equivalent) and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
Strong design and presentation skills, proficiency inhands-ongraphics and computer graphics, and experience with Adobe Photoshop, Pagemaker, and Illustrator.
Ability to use Micro Station and develop design solutions, prepare high-quality presentation drawings, and technical packages from concept design to final documentation.
Working Conditions:
Site visits may be required to assist with supervision of installation of contract works. General office skills, including cataloguing, library development, sourcing for materials, and technical support, are also essential.
