Mechanical Inspector – KEZAD, Abu Dhabi
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Mechanical Inspector in building construction projects.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience with MEP inspection activities for residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use building projects.
- Conduct inspections of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, drainage, and water supply systems to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor site activities and verify that work is executed in accordance with project requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Review material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and inspection requests.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve technical and quality-related issues.
- Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, local authority requirements, and quality control procedures.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Prior contracting company experience in building projects is required.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Location: KEZAD, Abu Dhabi.
