Accounting and closing
• Day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable
• Bank and account reconciliations, fixed asset register
• Monthly and annual closing, working independently rather than preparing for someone else to finish
Tax and compliance
• VAT returns filed directly through the FTA portal, start to finish
• UAE Corporate Tax compliance and filing
• Audit preparation and liaison with external auditors and advisors
Payroll
• Monthly payroll for our Dubai team, including WPS
• Coordination of contractor and Employer-of-Record invoicing across countries
• End of service calculations and settlements
Management reporting
• Monthly reporting package for the founders
• Cash flow monitoring and forecasting
• Client and project level margin analysis to support commercial decisions
