Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior AC Technician with strong knowledge of HVAC systems and chillers to join our team immediately. The candidate should be capable of handling installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various air conditioning systems including chillers and leading junior technicians when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including split units, ducted units, package units, VRF/VRV systems, and chillers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in chiller systems, pumps, compressors, and control panels.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of HVAC and chiller systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.
- Supervise and guide junior technicians during service and installation work.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system layouts.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Maintain service reports and maintenance records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of Gulf experience in HVAC maintenance and chiller systems.
- Strong knowledge of chillers, VRF/VRV systems, ducted AC, and split AC units.
- Experience in troubleshooting compressors, refrigerant systems, and electrical controls.
- Ability to work independently and handle complex HVAC issues.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joining preferred.
Preferred:
- UAE experience in HVAC maintenance or contracting companies.
- Technical certification or diploma in HVAC or refrigeration.
