Job Overview
Reachware is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to provide technical support for customers using its integration platform. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, supporting API integrations, resolving platform incidents, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via tickets, email, and customer enquiries.
- Troubleshoot software, API, integration, and connectivity issues.
- Assist customers with platform setup, configuration, and onboarding.
- Monitor integration performance and resolve service incidents.
- Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge-base articles.
- Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to resolve complex issues and improve platform performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and cloud-based applications.
- Experience supporting enterprise software platforms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, SQL databases, C#, Azure Logic Apps, or Azure Functions is preferred.
- Previous technical support or customer support engineering experience is an advantage.
