We are looking for a skilled Site Surveyor to support our growing project operations across the UAE.
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Site Surveyor with strong hands-on AutoCAD skills and a solid background in construction and fit-out projects in the UAE. You will be responsible for conducting accurate site measurements, preparing as-built drawings, operating survey equipment, and supporting project teams to ensure all works are executed in strict compliance with design specifications. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate site measurements for construction, fit-out, and façade projects and verify dimensions, levels, and alignments against approved drawings.
- Prepare as-built drawings, survey layouts, and CAD documentation using AutoCAD, updating drawings to reflect actual site conditions.
- Operate Total Station, GPS, and other surveying instruments with proper calibration and precision.
- Prepare detailed survey reports, as-built documentation, and maintain accurate records of all site data and measurements.
- Coordinate closely with project engineers, site supervisors, consultants, and clients, reporting discrepancies and providing technical measurement solutions promptly.
- Ensure all surveying works comply with design drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Assist in setting out, marking, and installation alignment activities on site.
- Support project teams during inspection, snag resolution, and final handover stages.
- Adhere to company safety, quality, and site procedures at all times.
- Travel to active project sites across the UAE as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Site Surveyor in construction or fit-out projects.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD — mandatory.
- Skilled in operating Total Station, GPS, and standard surveying instruments.
- Solid knowledge of site layouts, levelling, and measurement techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction plans accurately.
- Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to liaise across multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Valid UAE driving license — mandatory.
