Responsibilities

Conduct periodic risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential security threats, using these analyses to develop response plans.
Establish detailed security plans, including screening procedures, emergency response, and security team actions, with clear guidelines on how to act in emergencies.
Collaborate with security teams, government authorities, and personnel to ensure the integration and compliance of security procedures with local and international standards, including attending relevant meetings and workshops.
Organize workshops and training courses to enhance security awareness among employees, including emergency procedures and rapid response training.
Ensure all security operations comply with applicable laws and regulations through routine inspections and compliance reporting.
Conduct regular evaluations of the effectiveness of security measures, providing necessary recommendations for improvements by analyzing incident and security violation data.
Stay updated on the latest security technologies and tools, offering recommendations for implementation, such as enhancements in surveillance and screening systems.
Develop response plans for potential incidents, including emergency procedures and how to handle security threats, coordinating with emergency teams and relevant authorities.
Follow modern security trends and develop new strategies to address emerging threats, including participation in conferences and symposiums to exchange knowledge and expertise.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Security Sciences, or a related field.
Work Experience:
1–4 years in the same field.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
