Job Summary
As a Project Administrator, you will support the delivery of new venue openings, renovations, and development projects across the Eatx portfolio. Working across a diverse mix of restaurants, cafés, and lifestyle concepts, you will help keep projects organised, on track, and moving forward by coordinating information, documentation, and communication across multiple stakeholders.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Maintain project trackers, timelines, and key milestones
• Manage project documentation, contracts, and approvals
• Track outstanding submissions, permits, and authority approvals
• Coordinate meetings, site visits, and contractor appointments
What We Are Looking For
• Previous experience in a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
