Job Description: Head of Sales – Real Estate Agency
Position Overview: The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading and overseeing the sales division of a leading real estate agency in Dubai. This position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive sales performance, optimize revenue, develop sales strategies, and manage a high-performing sales team. The role demands a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, client relationship management, and leadership capabilities to maximize sales growth and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Create and implement sales strategies to drive growth, expand market share, and increase revenue across various real estate sectors (residential, commercial, off-plan, and luxury).
Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to adjust and refine sales strategies.
Team Leadership & Management:
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales agents, ensuring high levels of performance and productivity.
Recruit, train, and develop top-tier sales talent, ensuring continuous skill enhancement through workshops and training programs.
Conduct regular performance reviews and set achievable sales targets for the team.
Client Relationship Management:
Foster strong relationships with key clients, developers, investors, and partners.
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored property solutions.
Ensure exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Operations & Process Optimization:
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, ensuring efficiency and smooth operations.
Ensure the implementation of CRM systems to track sales leads, performance, and opportunities.
Set and track KPIs for the sales team and provide regular reports to senior management.
Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities, including expanding into new geographical markets and sectors.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns aimed at attracting new clients and increasing visibility.
Financial Oversight & Reporting:
Monitor sales revenue and ensure targets are met, while maintaining profitability.
Develop sales forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, market conditions, and financial performance for senior management.
Market Research & Insights:
Conduct regular research on Dubai’s real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge.
Provide insights into emerging markets and investment opportunities.
Compliance & Regulatory Oversight:
Ensure adherence to local real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure all transactions are documented and compliant with UAE regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales leadership within the real estate sector, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including residential, commercial, and luxury sectors.
Proven track record in driving sales growth, leading teams, and exceeding revenue targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
In-depth knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Valid UAE driving license and a strong professional network within the industry are a plus.
