Job Title: Social Media Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a creative and results-driven professional with a passion for digital marketing and social media. This role involves managing social media platforms, executing marketing campaigns, and creating engaging content to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Manage and maintain social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Create, schedule, and post engaging content, ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and objectives.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to optimize content strategy.
Respond to comments, messages, and interactions to build and maintain an active online community.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with ongoing campaigns and promotions.
Work with designers and content creators to produce high-quality visuals, including graphics, videos, and reels.
Analyze social media performance and prepare reports on engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize content.
Organize and oversee promotional events, sponsorships, and digital marketing activities.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (Preferred).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of social media marketing experience (Required).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and video editing tools (Preferred).
Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail in content creation.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts effectively.
