HR Generalist – Payroll & Labour Attendance (Construction)

Experience Required: 2–3 years UAE experience
Industry: Construction / Contracting (Mandatory)
We are hiring an HR Generalist to manage labour attendance, payroll, WPS, onboarding, and HR compliance for our construction workforce. Candidates must have UAE experience and must have worked in a construction/contracting company.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily labour attendance & site timesheets
- Prepare monthly payroll, overtime & WPS
- Coordinate with site teams for manpower updates
- Handle onboarding, contracts, visas & HR files
- Maintain leave, absence & disciplinary records
- Support labour recruitment & mobilization
- Prepare HR reports & manpower summaries
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law
Requirements
- 2–3 years UAE HR/Payroll experience
- Construction/Contracting company experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of WPS & UAE labour laws
- Good Excel skills & coordination ability
- Experience handling labour workforce operations
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
