Key Responsibilities:
1. Access Control:
- Monitor and authorize the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Ensure identification checks and maintain a visitor log.
2. Surveillance:

- Monitor security systems (CCTV, alarms) and report any irregularities.
- Inspect and secure doors, windows, and other access points.
3. Incident Response:
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, including fire, theft, or medical incidents.
- Report and document incidents, including suspicious activities or safety hazards.
- Coordinate with local authorities in case of major incidents.
4. Safety Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in evacuations or drills as necessary.
- Assist employees and visitors during emergencies.
5. Customer Service:
- Provide directions or assistance to visitors.
- Address complaints and concerns professionally.
6. Maintenance of Security Equipment:
- Conduct routine checks of security equipment to ensure functionality.
- Report any malfunctions or necessary repairs to the supervisor.
