Fit-out Project Manager Jobs in Jebel Ali at 3M Car Rental LLC
We are seeking an experienced Fit-out Project Manager to lead interior fit-out projects from planning through final handover. The company’s new head office will be the role’s initial pilot project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards while coordinating closely with the Interior Designer, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Manage fit-out projects from mobilisation through completion and handover.
- Source, negotiate with, appoint, and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor daily site activities and track progress against the approved programme.
- Control project costs and ensure work remains within the approved budget.
- Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Interior Designer and site teams to maintain the approved design intent.
- Manage joinery, gypsum, MEP coordination, finishing works, and other fit-out activities.
- Identify and resolve site issues that may affect cost, quality, or programme.
- Document and manage change orders, including their cost and time impact, before execution.
- Maintain safe site practices and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Provide regular progress reports and escalate risks or delays promptly.
- Coordinate project completion, snagging, and final handover.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Five to eight years of experience managing fit-out or interior contracting projects in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of joinery, gypsum works, MEP coordination, and interior finishes.
- Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Experience delivering projects from planning through final handover.

Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED20,000.00 per month
