We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Head Nurse to oversee the nursing operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, mentoring nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the nursing team to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical practice.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and performance.
- Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, infection control protocols, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with physicians and other departments to provide seamless patient care.
- Conduct staff orientation, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee clinical documentation, incident reporting, and inventory of medical supplies.
- Promote a safe, professional, and patient-centered environment.
Requirements:
- Valid DOH License
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, including 1 year in a supervisory or Head Nurse role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of clinical practices, patient safety, and healthcare regulations.
