Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
Experience as a Secretary/ Receptionist in Construction Industry.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong Verbal and written communications skills
Able to draft correspondences.
