Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Foreman to supervise and coordinate interior fit-out works on site. The role involves managing daily site activities, subcontractors, and workers to ensure that fit-out works are completed safely, on time, and according to approved drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise day-to-day fit-out activities including partitions, ceilings, joinery, flooring, finishes, MEP coordination, and final snagging
· Coordinate and control subcontractors, trades, and labor on site
· Ensure works are executed as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications
· Monitor work progress and report daily activities to the Site Engineer / Project Manager
· Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, toolbox talks, and site safety procedures
· Check materials delivered to site for quality and correct specifications
· Identify and resolve site issues, clashes, or delays proactively
· Assist in inspections, mock-ups, and handover works
· Maintain site cleanliness and proper housekeeping
· Support snagging and de-snagging activities to achieve timely project completion
Requirements & Qualifications
· Diploma or technical certification in construction is an advantage
· Minimum 5–8 years of experience in interior fit-out works
· Proven experience as a Fit-Out Foreman or Site Supervisor
· Good knowledge of the Qatar construction and fit-out market, including local practices, materials, and subcontractors
· Ability to read and interpret construction and shop drawings
· Valid Qatar driving license (recommended)
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple trades and work under pressure
· Basic understanding of site safety, quality standards, and authority requirements
